Akuity SOC is an AI-powered Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) orchestrator designed to centralize and automate alert management across the Microsoft Security ecosystem (Defender, Intune, Entra ID). Unlike a traditional SIEM that merely aggregates logs and alerts teams, our platform allows you to visually correlate attacks and trigger immediate remediation actions (such as isolating a machine or revoking sessions) in a single click.

Akuity SOC is designed for businesses (SMEs, mid-market enterprises) managing their security internally, as well as Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). The common thread among these organizations is their use of Microsoft's native security suite to protect their IT infrastructure, which they want to optimize and manage seamlessly.

No. Akuity SOC makes a conscious choice of excellence and surgical integration. As a Microsoft Pure Player partner since 1990, the platform is developed exclusively to interface in a cloud-native manner (via API) with the Microsoft Security suite (Defender, Intune, Entra ID). This unique specialization is what allows us to offer agentless deployment and second-by-second remediations.

No, Akuity SOC is strictly a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform (a SOAR tool) that empowers your own internal teams or your service providers. If you do not have internal analysts and are looking for a fully managed security service with humans to monitor your IT estate 24/7, we invite you to check our dedicated services at: https://guard.delphisoft.de

AI acts as an investigation assistant ("Copilot") rather than an autonomous decision-maker. It instantly translates complex, raw Microsoft Defender JSON payloads, decodes obfuscated malicious scripts (such as hidden PowerShell commands), and generates a simplified Executive (Comex) Summary to facilitate communication with your leadership team. Humans, however, retain exclusive control over triggering remediation actions.

European sovereignty is at the core of our architecture. The Akuity SOC platform is fully developed, powered, and hosted in Munich, Bavaria (Germany). Your logging and incident data never leave European territory, ensuring perfect compliance with GDPR and the requirements of the European NIS 2 directive.

In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Akuity SOC acts strictly as a Data Processor on behalf of its customers. As the customer (or MSSP), you remain the Data Controller. We process information solely based on your documented instructions and for the unique purpose of ensuring the operational security of your Workspace.

For Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), isolation between different customer environments ("tenants") is absolute. We do not just apply a visual display filter: our PostgreSQL database natively integrates Row-Level Security (RLS) database security policies. Every query executed by an analyst is cryptographically and technically restricted to their authorized scope, preventing any risk of cross-client data leaks.

No. Our AI assistant integration relies on the highly secure enterprise infrastructure of Google Vertex AI. Your incident data (usernames, IP addresses, configurations) are processed in complete isolation and are never used to train public language models. Furthermore, each administrator retains the right to fully disable AI features within their Workspace settings.

At our current stage of growth, we do not yet hold the official SOC 2 Type 2 certification. However, our application is designed by its very nature to strictly adhere to its requirements (such as immutable audit logs and Row-Level Security isolation), ensuring a "Security by Design" architecture ready for future audits.

No, our platform is based on a modern "Zero Agent" architecture. There are no heavy components to deploy on your servers or workstations. The connection is made exclusively through standardized and secure cloud API integrations.

Enrollment is immediate and takes less than 5 minutes thanks to the Microsoft Entra ID OAuth protocol. The global administrator of your Microsoft environment simply needs to grant Admin Consent. This authorizes our secure orchestrator to collect alerts and transmit remediation commands to your native tools.

To align with SOC 2 standards, access to our cockpit enforces the principle of Least Privilege and strong authentication. The platform requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) meeting the AAL2 assurance level via standardized time-based one-time password (TOTP) protocols. In addition, any critical remediation action requires real-time MFA re-validation before execution (Zero Trust).

The direct offering for SMBs and mid-market enterprises is set at a transparent rate of €199 / month with no hidden fees. This plan includes complete, centralized access to the Real-Time SOC Cockpit, as well as the incident retention required for post-mortem forensic investigations.

To allow you to evaluate the solution under real conditions, we offer a 14-day free trial, which can be activated instantly and without commitment. You get full access to the product. Additionally, the platform integrates a Demo Mode (Sandbox) equipped with a secure alert simulator, allowing you to explore the ticket management interface and test remediation orchestration without immediately linking your own production environments.

Akuity SOC is designed with absolute flexibility in mind: the offer has no contract term commitment and no hidden fees. You are completely free to cancel your subscription at any time, directly from the billing tab in your Workspace settings. Upon closing the space, the system generates a final invoice to settle any processed incidents, then applies a secure purge protocol: all of your configurations and incident data are permanently deleted from the database to preserve your strict GDPR compliance.

For MSSPs, the base plan at €599 / month includes 3 tenants and 300 security incidents per month. Additional tenants benefit from degressive tiered pricing: €129 / tenant / month for tenants 1 to 10, €89 / tenant / month from 11 to 50, €59 / tenant / month from 51 to 150, and €39 / tenant / month for 151+. Each additional tenant automatically brings 100 extra included security incidents per month. Beyond the total included allowance, overage incidents are billed at €199 per block of 100.
